It was held in Lloyd Hotel & Cultural Embassy, cialis Amsterdam on October 9th, healing 2013 presenting four visionary speakers; Francesca Miazzo of Farming the City from CITIES together with Allison Guy of the Next Nature Network, Natascha Hagenbeek from I Can Change the World with my Two Hands and Martin Kullik of Steinbeisser Experimental Gastronomy.

Four speakers bring out their experiences, studies and images, the first presentation was from Steinbeisser Experimental Gastronomy which describe on new food experiences that change the eating habits continue with the presentation from I Can Change the World with my Two Hands on dealing with community growing vegetables locally by urban farming using unoccupied land with contracts. The event is a casual meet up with a combination of drinks and essential issues talk. Then after, presentation by Farming the City about local food initiatives and urban agriculture, and closing by the presentation from the Next Nature Network of reconsideration on the growth food technology. Through this meet up, we simply investigate how our system is having its lag, intricate and beyond control and how we must embrace complexity and learn to growth strategic ideas start from local initiatives.

This event is organized as a media containing visual and observations, specials and info-exchange. Taste this is a tasting of the vision at large, why and how we need to re think the relationship between people, nature and technology. New ideas on innovative patterns of cooperation among local actors could promote the most effective re-localization of food also in highly urbanized areas as subversive market strategies against the mainstream monopolized system.
